摘　　要：[目的/意义]克服马太效应的负面影响,充分发挥青年学者的高创造力,为我国社科人才培养领域的理论和实践研究提供一个新视角。[方法/过程]收集国家社会科学基金1991—2016年的青年基金项目及一般项目的数据,对青年项目负责人连续获得青年项目、一般项目资助的情况进行分析。[结果/结论]要加强项目中期管理,促进项目按时高质量完成;建立稳定的推广渠道,加快优秀成果出版;加强学科交叉融合,灵活选择申报学科;提升职称级别与提高项目绩效相互促进。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide a new perspective on theory and practice of social science talents training,so as to overcome the negative impact of the Matthew effect and give full play to the high creativity of young scholars.[Method/process]The paper collects the data of the National Social Science Fund for Youth Fund Projects and General Projects from 1991 to 2016,and analyzes the continuous funded status of young principals supported by Youth Fund Projects and General Projects.[Result/conclusion]Firstly,it should strengthen the medium-term management of the project and promote the completion of the project on time and in good quality;Secondly,it should establish a stable promotion channel and accelerate the publication of outstanding achievements;Thirdly,it should strengthen the interdisciplinary integration and declare disciplines flexibly;Fourthly,it should enhance the mutual promotion between the title level and the project performance.
