摘  要:由于平台占地面积有限,对地面工艺管线布局和平台内设备提出了更高的集中化要求。通过合理划分平台井涉及的相关专业,将于油井控制有关的井下数据采集、智能化控制系统、多电压等级的电气控制系统集成到一个智能控制撬中,实现对各油井的自动调节、错峰运行管理、"峰-谷-平"不同时段的自动调节,敷缆管加热控制,以及电潜柱塞泵的柔性控制和防碰撞功能,不仅缓解了平台空间利用的矛盾,还解决了集成平台综合控制的难题,为今后平台井建设提供了现实参考和依据。Due to the limited area of the platform, a higher centralized requirement is put forward for the layoutof surface process pipeline and the equipment inside the platform. Through the rational division of the relatedspecialty of platform well, the downhole data acquisition,Intelligent control system, electric control system withmultiple voltage levels related to oil well control is integrated into an intelligent control pry to realize automaticregulation of oil wells, operation management of staggered peaks, automatic regulation of "peak-valley-leveling" at different periods, the heating control of cable laying pipe, The flexible control and anti-collision function ofelectric submersible plunger pump not only alleviate the contradiction of platform space utilization, but also solvethe problem of integrated platform control. It provides practical reference and basis for platform well constructionin the future.
