摘　　要：目的提出一种适用于经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术(Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheters,PICC)置管术后床边移动—分离式换药专用车。方法介绍了PICC基础知识、日常护理方法及常见并发症,分析了常规PICC换药过程中存在的问题,提出了一种可适用于PICC换药室、一般病房以及无菌病房患者换药的移动—分离式换药专用车。结果换药专用车可自由调整操作工作台高度,可灵活调整患者上肢支架角度和高度,可提供曲面、人性化的接触支架,可拆卸式上肢支架,可进行局部消毒,可满足无菌病房患者换药需求。结论换药专车将换药操作化繁为简,能提高患者在换药过程中的舒适度,具有一定的临床价值和研究意义。Objective To propose a dressing vehicle,which could apply to peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)catheterization after surgery.Methods This article described the basics of PICC,routine care methods and common complications.We analyzed the conventional PICC dressing process problems,and proposed a mobile-split type PICC dressing vehicle,which was suitable for use in the PICC dressing room,general wards and sterile ward.Results The dressing car could freely adjust the height of the operating table.It could also be flexible to adjust the patient’s and upper limb angle and height.The PICC dressing vehicle could provide a curved surface and a humane touch bracket.What’s more,removable upper limb stent,which could be partially disinfected to meet the needs of patients in sterile ward.Conclusion The dressing car can simplify the operation of the dressing,and can improve the comfort of the patients in the dressing process.It has a certain clinical value and research significance.
