摘　　要：目的为加强医疗机构药物采购管理,减少医护人员对药物采购数据统计的投入,本文开发了药物采购数据库分析管理系统,使庞大而繁琐的统计工作直观简便,优化医疗机构药物采购管理。方法采用VB.NET开发友好的用户界面,使用VBA宏语言编写后台数据处理程序,对Excel格式的医疗机构药物采购数据进行分类统计运算。通过VB.NET调用VBA宏代码,使得该系统既操作简便,又保证了大数据的处理速度。结果开发出了药物采购数据库分析管理系统,实现了对全市医疗机构网上采购情况,以及各区医疗机构网上采购情况的统计分析,并提供了报表直接导出功能,使药物采购数据的统计管理工作更加规范、高效。结论实现了多模块、多项数据的自动分析处理,使原本需要投入大量劳动力的统计工作能够快速批量完成,大幅提高了工作效率和准确性,降低了重复性工作的投入成本。Objective In order to strengthen the drug management of medical institutions and reduce the investment of the statistics of drug procurement accomplished by medical personnel,a drug procurement database analysis and management system which could not only make the massive and cumbersome statistical work intuitive and convenient but also optimize the management of medical procurement of medical institutions was developed.Methods A friendly user interface was developed by using VB.NET,the VBA macro language was utilized to write background data handlers,and classification and statistical analysis was performed on medical device procurement data in Excel format.By using the VB.NET to call VBA macro code,the system could be both simple to operate and process the big data smoothly.Results A database analysis and management system for drug purchasing was developed.It could complete the statistical analysis of online procurement performed by medical institutions of the whole city and generate the reports directly,which therefore,made the statistical management of drug procurement data much more standardized and efficient.Conclusion A multi-module,multi-data automatic analysis and process makes the original statistical work that needs mountains of labor can now be quickly finished in batches,which improves the efficiency and accuracy impressively,and reduces the cost of duplicate work.
