摘　　要：目的探讨和研究实验室信息系统(Laboratory Information System,LIS)在检验科日常工作中的应用及维护。方法分析我院检验科2010年10月1日至2017年3月31日LIS维护信息,查找维修记录。结果在统计时间段内共进行659次LIS维护,其中硬件维护103次,占15.6%;软件维护556次,占84.4%。在软件维护中维护次数最高的是项目及编号的维护和传输及通讯的维护。结论 LIS能够有效提高检验科工作效率、优化工作流程、减少差错事故,在日常工作中应及时维护及更新,保证其平稳运行,才能使其发挥更好的作用。Objective To discuss and study the application and maintenance of laboratory information system(LIS)in daily work of laboratory.Methods Firstly,the maintenance records were found.Then the maintenance information of LIS in our laboratory from October 1,2010 to March 31,2017 was analyzed.Results A total of 659 LIS maintenance were performed during the statistical time period,among which the hardware maintenance was 103 times(15.6%)and the software maintenance was 556 times(84.4%).The highest number of maintenance in software maintenance was the maintenance of project and number and maintenance of transmission and communication.Conclusion It can effectively improve the work efficiency of the laboratory,optimize the working process and reduce errors when the LIS is used.In daily work,the LIS should be maintained and updated in a timely manner to ensure its smooth operation,so as to play a better role.
