摘　　要：This paper is a comparative study of Jokanaan and Xuanzang from Salome written by Oscar Wilde and Journey to the West by WU Cheng’en.Totally,three similarities and three differences are involved in this essay,covering similarities in religious background,handsome appearance,and love-related plots and differences in conflict resolution,development of character conflicts,and the endings.
