应用术中个性化护理对人工膝关节置换术患者术后疼痛及膝关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨应用术中个性化护理对人工膝关节置换术患者术后疼痛及膝关节功能的影响。方法 80例人工膝关节置换术患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理措施,试验组在对照组的基础上使用个性化护理措施。比较两组患者术后疼痛情况和膝关节功能。结果试验组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组膝关节功能优良率为87.5%,高于对照组的67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对人工膝关节置换术患者应用个性化护理可以提高患者的膝关节功能,缓解患者的疼痛,值得在临床推广。Objective To discuss the effect of individualized nursing on postoperative pain and knee joint function of patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 80 patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received individualized nursing on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on postoperative pain and knee joint function between the two groups.Results The experimental group had lower postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher excellent rate of knee joint function as 87.5%than 67.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of individualized nursing for patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty can improve knee joint function and relieve pain of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
