摘  要:研究了两种表面具有相同圆形凹坑的复合材料的摩擦学性能。研究结果表明:材料的表面凹坑可以适当储存润滑油,改善润滑状况;在一定速度范围内,随着速度的增加,两种复合材料的摩擦学性能变得越来越好,摩擦系数不断降低;PTFE基三层复合材料的摩擦学性能要好于双金属材料,尤其是其摩擦系数远远小于双金属材料。The friction and wear properties of two composite materials with the same circular shape of surface pit were investigated.The results showed that the lubricating oil could be stored in the surface of the materials to improve the lubrication condition.In a certain speed range,with the experimental speed increasing,the tribological properties of the two composites became better and better,and the friction coefficient was decreasing.The tribological properties of PTFE-based three-layer composite materials were better than that of the bimetallic materials,especially the friction coefficient of the former was far less than that of the latter.
