摘 要:为探索我国中医药高等院校在学术资源基础及获得能力上是否存在"马太效应",全面检索国家自然科学基金委员会官方网站,获取2005~2016年全国24所中医药高等院校所申请及获得资助的面上项目及青年项目信息,并对重点与非重点院校作对比分析。截止2016年,重点院校的平均申请量、资助量及获得资助的比例远高于非重点院校,且具有显著性差异(P<0.000)。中医药高等院校学术资源和能力上存在"马太效应",体现在优势资源集中少数院校、中医药高等院校学术共同体与其学术资源能力呈"双金字塔"。国家应树立分类促进与优化中医药学术资源配置的战略意识,促进我国中医药科研协调健康、可持续发展。To explore whether there is the Matthew Effect on the academic resource status and acquisition ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)universities,the data of 24 TCM universities’projects application and approval status for 2005~2016 were collected from the National Natural Science Foundation committee’s official website,and a comparative analysis between key and non-key universities were made.Up to 2016,the average number of applications and the amount of approval of key institutions were much higher than those of non-key institutions,with significant differences(P<0.000).The proportion of funds received is in the same way.The results show that the superior resources are focused on a few universities,and academic status of TCM universities and its academic resource acquisition ability is double pyramid,which means that there is“Matthew Effect”on the academic resource status and acquisition ability of TCM universities.At present,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of TCM research,the government should establish a strategic consciousness to promote and optimize the allocation of TCM academic resources.
