摘 要:利用盆栽试验,对巨菌草幼苗施加混合盐溶液模拟不同的盐碱胁迫程度,测定不同盐碱胁迫浓度下巨菌草的生长及生理指标,探讨混合盐碱胁迫对其生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:在碱性盐比例较低的混合盐(B:Na Cl︰Na_2SO_4︰Na HCO_3︰Na_2CO_3=1︰2︰1︰0;p H值为8.22)处理下,株高生长量和相对含水率(RWC)与CK均无显著差异,较适宜巨菌草的生长,其他配比则表现出不同程度的抑制;在盐碱混合胁迫的处理下,随着胁迫浓度的增加,各个处理组丙二醛(MDA)含量呈间断累积,并在纯盐(A:Na Cl︰Na_2SO_4︰Na HCO_3︰Na_2CO_3=1︰1︰0︰0;p H值为6.08)和高碱(E:Na Cl︰Na_2SO_4︰Na HCO_3︰Na_2CO_3=9︰1︰1︰9;p H值为10.55)处出现萎蔫和死亡等现象;在盐碱混合胁迫的处理下,随着胁迫浓度的增加,巨菌草主要通过过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的互补作用来降低氧化伤害,以抵御盐碱伤害,维持植株正常生理代谢。By use of pot experiment,the growing and physiological indexes of Pennisetum giganteum z.x.lin have been measured under different saline-alkali stress concentrations,and the influence of mixed saline-alkali stress have been studied on the growing and physiological characteristics through simulating the different saline-alkali stress by applying the mixed salt solution to the seedlings of Pennisetum giganteum z.x.lin.The results show that under the treatment of the mixed salt with low proportion of alkaline salt(B:NaCl︰Na2SO4︰NaHCO3︰Na2CO3=1︰2︰1︰0;pH value at 8.22),the height increment and RWC hasn't been significantly differed with CK,this ratio is suitable to the growth of Pennisetum giganteum z.x.lin,and the other ratios have inhibited the growth at different degrees.With the increase of concentration of mixed saline-alkali stress,MDA of each treatment has been accumulated discontinuously,and the wilting and death have appeared at pure salt(A:NaCl︰Na2SO4︰NaHCO3︰Na2CO3=1︰1︰0︰0;pH value at 6.08)and high alkalinity(E:NaCl︰Na2SO4︰NaHCO3︰Na2CO3=9︰1︰1︰9;pH value at 10.55).Treated with the mixed saline-alkali stress,Pennisetum giganteum z.x.lin can decrease the oxidative damage by use of the complementary effect of CAT and SOD as the stress concentration increases,which can resist the saline-alkali damage and maintain the normal physiological metabolism of plants.
