摘　　要：清华简《周公之琴舞》只有"周公作多士敬毖"和"成王作敬毖"是"序"语,两"琴舞九絉"当各自归下文,连"元入启曰"读。《周公之琴舞》之诗篇与《周颂·敬之》是根据同一底本而创作的不同版本,而不是同一创作版本的不同流传。楚人在据周公、成王原有的言辞创作诗歌时,必然会带上楚国诗歌的特点,这就是《周公之琴舞》的来源,也是它与《周颂·敬之》之异同的根源。“Zhou Gong Zuo Duo Shi Jing Bi”and“Cheng Wang Zuo Jing Bi”are the only preface of Zhou Gong Zhi Qin Wu in Tsinghua bamboo slips and the two pieces of“Qin Wu Jiu Shu”should belong to the paragraphs under them,connecting“Yuan Ru Qi Yue”.Zhou Gong Zhi Qin Wu and Jing Zhi in Zhou Song are the different versions of the same origin,instead of the different circulations of the same version.Based on the texts of Zhou Gong and King Cheng,the Chu people created the poems with their local characters inevitably.That is the origin of Zhou Gong Zhi Qin Wu,and also the reason why it is similar to Jing Zhi in Zhou Song.
