摘　　要：医务人员的"过度劳动"问题逐渐成为中国社会舆论关注的焦点,本文基于对我国南方某市部分医院的问卷调查数据,分析医务人员的过度劳动状态,并建立有序probit模型分析过度劳动的影响因素,结果发现医务人员普遍处于过度劳动状态,与医务人员的个人状况、工作状况、工作情绪、家庭状况有明显的相关关系。因此,医院层面的精细化管理与人文关怀相结合,政府层面的立法与培训机制相结合是缓解医务人员过度劳动的应有之策。Medical personnels’“burnout”has become the focus of public concern in China.Some hospitals in Guangzhou City,based on the survey data,analysis of medical staff overwork and ordered probit model and analysis of influencing factors of excessive labor found that medical personnel in a state of excessive labor.Medical staff's personal status,working conditions,mental state,family status are closely related.Therefore,the fine management of hospital level combined with human care.Government legislation combined with training mechanisms to alleviate medical staff policy of excessive labor.
