摘  要:目的探讨"讲解-视频示教-讨论总结"模式在临床护理技能培训中的应用效果。方法将2014年5月新入职护士31名作为对照组,采用"视频示教-自行练习"模式进行培训;将2015年5月新入职护士37人作为观察组,采用"讲解-视频示教-讨论总结"模式进行培训,比较两组的培训效果。结果观察组12项操作考核平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "讲解-视频示教-讨论总结"的培训方法,更贴近临床,可使新入职护士有效掌握护理操作技能,增强护理操作安全意识,保障患者安全。Objective To explore the effect of“explanation-video teaching-discussion summary”in clinical nursing skills training.Methods In May 2014,31 new nurses were recruited as control group,and the“video teaching and self-training”mode was used for training.In May 2015,37 new nurses were recruited as the observation group,and the training was conducted using the“teaching-video demonstration-discussion summary”model.Results The average scores of the 12 operation tests in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group.The difference was statistical significance.(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion “Explanation-video teaching-discussion summary”training method,is closer to the clinic,and can make the new nurses master the nursing skills,effectively enhance the nursing operation safety consciousness,to ensure the safety of patients.
