摘　　要：目的探讨心电散点图在交界性早搏中的诊断价值。方法选择两例分别误诊为频发房性早搏(房早)及成对房早的动态心电图病例,分析其散点图特征,并结合逆向技术修正诊断结论。结果一例心电散点图符合频发室性早搏(室早)的散点图特征,另一例符合室性并行心律伴插入性室早的散点图特征。结合逆向技术,将原诊断分别修正为频发交界性早搏和插入性交界性早搏。结论交界性早搏的心电散点图特征类似于频发室早的散点图特征,而插入性交界性早搏的心电散点图特征类似于插入性室早的散点图特征。心电散点图是快速鉴别交界性早搏与房早的"秘密武器"。Objective To explore the value of ECG scatterplot in diagnosing junctional premature beat.Methods Two cases of ambulatory electrocardiography(AECG)were selected in our study which were misdiagnosed as frequent atrial premature beats(APB)and paired APB.The characteristics of their scatterplots were analyzed and the previous diagnostic conclusions were modified by the reversal technique.Results The scatterplot of one case was suited to the scatterplot features of frequent ventricular premature beats(VPB)while the other was in agreement with those of ventricular pararrhythmia complicating interpolated VPB.The original diagnostic conclusions were modified into frequent junctional premature beat and interpolated junctional premature beat combining the reversal technique.Conclusion The scatterplot characteristics of junctional premature beat and interpolated junctional premature beat were similar to those of frequent and interpolated VPB,respectively.ECG scatterplot serves as a“secret weapon”to distinguish between junctional premature beat and APB.
