永久起搏器术后少见并发症4例分析

摘　　要：心脏起搏器是目前病态窦房结综合征以及高度或三度房室阻滞患者的有效治疗手段。本文回顾性研究了2006至2017年我院安装的永久起搏器患者共832例,总结相关并发症,尤其是少见并发症(起搏器系统感染后患者自行拔出导线、少见起搏故障、术后锁骨下动脉假性动脉瘤形成等),以期探讨永久起搏器术后并发症的防治措施。At present,cardiac pacemaker is effective in treating the patients with sick sinus syndrome and high/third degree atrioventricular block.In order to explore the measures for preventing and controlling postoperative complications of permanent pacemaker implantation,this paper retrospectively studies on 832 patients implanted with permanent pacemaker in our hospital from 2006 to 2017.It summarizes the related postoperative complications especially the rare ones including pulling out the lead by patients themselves due to the infection of pacemaker system,rare pacing failure,formation of false aneurysm at the subclavian artery after operation,etc.
