摘 要:目的探究尼沙赫精准心电图(Saah ECG)及心电图(ECG)对非ST段抬高型冠心病患者临床诊断的价值。方法 871例有胸痛或胸闷等疑似冠心病临床表现的患者,同步采集Saah ECG与ECG,从中筛选出行冠脉造影且符合入选标准的住院患者75例(占8.61%)。根据冠脉造影结果,分为两组:至少1支冠脉主要分支狭窄≥70%组,冠脉狭窄<70%组,对Saah ECG的两个参数(ST-T段的小波个数、所占时程比例)及ECG进行分析。结果 Saah ECG、ECG诊断冠心病的敏感性分别为87.72%、26.32%,特异性分别为22.22%、72.22%。结论 Saah ECG是一项记录心脏电活动的新技术,对于冠心病的诊断价值其敏感性优于ECG,且安全易行。Objective To explore the clinical value of Nishach precision electrocardiogram(SaahECG)and electrocardiogram(ECG)in diagnosing the patients with non-ST-segment elevation coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods SaahECGs and ECGs were synchronously collected from 871 patients with chest pain,chest tightness or other suspected symptoms of CHD.A total of 75 inpatients(accounting for 8.61%)out of them were screened out who had undergone coronary angiography(CAG)and matched with the inclusion criteria.According to CAG results,they were divided into two groups:one group with stenosis of at least one of the main branches of coronary artery≥70%and the other group with coronary stenosis<70%.The two parameters of SaahECG(the number of wavelet in ST-T segment and its proportion in duration)and ECG were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of SaahECG and ECG in diagnosing CHD was 87.72%and 26.32%,respectively while the specificity was separately 22.22%and 72.22%.Conclusion As a new technique to record the electrical activity of the heart,SaahECG is superior to ECG in sensitivity of CHD diagnosis,and is safer and easily operated.
