协同治理:宁波市奥体中心运营模式选择

摘　　要：大型体育场馆的运营治理已成为目前体育场馆学界、业界关注的热点问题。论文主要采用实地考察法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对国内典型的大型体育场馆的运营模式和经营方式进行比较与分析,探究大型体育场馆的运营治理模式。研究认为,我国各类典型场馆的运营模式各具特点、优势与劣势,宁波市奥体中心运营模式的选择应取国内场馆运营模式之优点,构建多元主体协同治理模式,同时需要相应的条件保障,以保证场馆创新运营模式的实施。The operation and governance of large-scale sports venues has become a hot issue which concerns the academic circle and industry participants of sports venues at present.This paper mainly uses the methods of expert interview and field trip to compare and analyze the operation mode and business pattern of some typical large-scale sports venues in China,and then to study the operation and governance mode of them.It concludes that there exist characteristics,advantages and weakness of the operation modes of different types of sports venues.As for the selection of the operation mode of Ningbo Olympic Sports Center,it is proper to adopt the advantages of the operation mode of sports venues in China,and build the mode of cooperative governance by multiple subjects.Meanwhile,corresponding conditions are required to guarantee the implementation ofinnovative operation mode of sports venues.
