摘　　要：S公司是一家汽车零配件制造商,文中以该公司成品仓库现存问题为切入点,利用EIQ分析法对其客户和订单资料的相关数据进行分析,结合ABC分类原则,找出客户及订单的订购数量、订购次数等特点以及物流业务运作规律,为成品仓库的规划决策提供科学的管理思路和依据。S company is an auto parts manufacturer.This paper begins with the company existing problems of the finished product warehouse,analyzes the related data of the customer and order files through the EIQ analysis,and combines with the ABC classification principle to find out the features of customers,order quantity and order numbers,etc,as well as logistics business operation rules.All these information can provide the scientific management idea and basis for planning decisions of the finished product warehouse.
