摘 要:电力备件的服务窗口选址对电网可靠运行和总物流成本具有重要影响。文中在离散型选址理论的基础上,结合电网企业实践,以降低物流成本、保证服务水平为目标,分析了A市供电局仓储设施选址现状和物资采购违约风险,创新性地构建了电力备件服务窗口选址优化二阶段模型。首先基于网格的广义最大覆盖模型,确定服务窗口的数量,再基于成本最优原则,运用P-中值模型确定选址具体位置,采用遗传算法对模型进行了求解,并以A市供电局服务窗口选址为例进行了算例分析。文中构建的二阶段选址模型对电力、电信、汽车等行业的备件服务设施选址,电商行业前置仓选址决策等具有重要的参考价值。The service window location of power spare parts has a significant impact on the reliable operation of the power grid and on the total logistics costs.Based on the theory of discrete location and the practice of power grid enterprises,This paper analyzes the warehousing facilities location network of a power supply bureau in A city and the risk of material purchase default,and innovatively constructing a two-stage location optimization model of power spare parts service window.Firstly,this paper gets firm quantity of service window based on a generalized maximum coverage model of grid and then uses a P-median model solved by genetic algorithm to determine the concrete location scheme with the principle of lower cost.Finally,this paper take the services window location of a power supply bureau in A city as an numerical example.The two-stage location model constructed in this paper has important reference value for the location of spare parts service facilities in power,telecom and automobile industries,as well as the location decision of lead warehouse in e-commerce industry.
