基于SWOT分析的城市有桩公共自行车发展研究——西安城市公共自行车为例

摘　　要：城市公共自行车给人们日常出行提供了一种便利的交通工具,同时在缓解城市拥堵和保护环境等方面有着巨大的贡献。随着"ofo"和"摩拜"等无桩(随处借还车)公共自行车的出现和迅速发展对有桩(固定车桩借还车)公共自行车的发展产生了巨大的影响,使得现有公共自行车市场竞争更加激烈。文中以西安城市公共自行车为例,采用SWOT分析法对城市有桩公共自行车做出了较为系统的分析,并提出相关发展策略。City public bicycle provide a convenient means of transportation for people to travel on a daily basis,and have great contributions in alleviating city congestion and protecting the bad environment.with the emergence and rapid development of public bicycles such as“ofo”and“mobike”with no piles-borrow and return bicycles anywhere,the development of public bicycles with piles-borrow and return the bicycles at the fixed station.has been greatly affected,make existing public bicycle market more competitive.this paper takes xi an city public bicycle as an example and adopts SWOT analysis method to make a systematic analysis of the city s public bicycle,and puts forward relevant development strategies.
