摘　　要：在国际海洋货物运输保险合同中,往往会存在一些理论性和事务性的问题,文中主要从国际海洋货物运输视角探讨在海上货物运输过程中保险利益的相关问题。There are often some theoretical and business problems in international marine cargo insurance contracts.This paper mainly discusses the related issues of insurance interests in the process of ocean cargo transportation from the perspective of international marine cargo transportation.
