国产无聚合物紫杉醇涂层支架和可降解聚合物雷帕霉素涂层支架治疗冠心病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察国产无聚合物紫杉醇涂层支架与可降解聚合物雷帕霉素涂层支架在冠心病治疗中的效果差异。方法:选取本院心内科2015年3月~2016年11月收治的冠心病患者130例,根据选择的支架不同分组,对照组给予可降解聚合物雷帕霉素涂层支架,观察组给予国产无聚合物紫杉醇涂层支架,对比两组的围手术期指标。结果:随访1年,两组均没有死亡患者,在支架内血栓发生率、靶病变重建率以及再发心绞痛率的对比上,两组之间差异不明显,P>0.05。结论:冠心病冠状动脉支架介入术治疗中国产无聚合物紫杉醇涂层支架的疗效与可降解聚合物雷帕霉素涂层支架疗效相差不大,对于预防心血管事件发生、支架内血栓形成等有积极意义。Objective:To observe the difference in the effect of homemade paclitaxel coated stents and biodegradable polymer rapamycin coated stent in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:130 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital department of Cardiology in March 2015~2016 year in November were selected according to different cases,the stent group,the control group was given biodegradable polymer sirolimus eluting stent,the observation group was given domestic polymer free paclitaxel eluting stent,compared two groups of perioperative indicators.Results:after 1 years of follow-up,there was no death in two groups.There was no significant difference in stent thrombosis rate,target lesion reconstruction rate and recurrent angina rate between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:the efficacy of coronary artery stent implantation in the treatment of coronary heart disease without polymer paclitaxel eluting stent in China is not significantly different from that of the biodegradable polymer rapamycin coated stent.It has a positive effect on preventing cardiovascular events and stent thrombosis.
