摘　　要：本文对的SCM系列脉动真空蒸汽灭菌器整机工作原理做一简单介绍,并对几例特殊故障进行详细的故障分析与检修。In this article,the structure and principle of SCM pulse vacuum steam sterilizer was introduced.The author gives analysis and judgment of one special failure appeared in using process,and offers the description of breakdown maintenance process and the results.
