摘　　要：目的观察序列式注射透明质酸到眼下凹陷来改善泪沟畸形的临床效果。方法选择2015~2016未使用序列式注射技巧的30-40岁泪沟畸形患者纳入对照组,将2016-2017年30-40岁使用序列式注射技巧治疗泪沟畸形患者纳入观察组,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果在第2级泪沟及第3级泪沟中,观察组治疗前后百分比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论序列式注射透明质酸到眼下凹陷来改善泪沟畸形效果更为显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of sequential injection of hyaluronic acid(hyaluronic acid)to the depression of the eye to improve dacrymal deformity.Methods The unused sequential injection technique in the treatment of dacrymal deformity in the control group from 2016 to 2017 at 30-40 years of age.The use of sequential injection technique in the treatment of dacrymal deformity in the observation group from 2016 to 2017 at the age of 30-40 years.Results In the second grade lacrimal groove and grade 3 tear ditch,the percentage of the observation group before and after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of sequential injection of hyaluronic acid to lower eye depressions to improve dacrymal deformity is more significant.
