网片在阴道前后壁修补术中的应用及护理观察

摘　　要：目的解析网片在阴道前后壁修补术中的应用与护理要点。方法取2015年11月~2017年8月期间在我院接受治疗的20例阴道壁膨出疾病患者病例,对聚丙烯网片在阴道前、后壁修补术以及术中的应用情况进行回顾性分析与总结。结果入组研究的20例患者有4例患者出现网片侵蚀阴道黏膜,其中前、后壁网片各2例,1例前壁脱出患者术后6个月复发。结论修补术具有修复受损组织的功能,并在各种方式支撑下重建部分结构与恢复功能,采用围手术期护理干预,协助患者对手术治疗必要性与优势有所认知,积极配合,能够进一步优化临床治疗与预后效果。Objective To analyze the application and nursing points of the mesh in the repair of the anterior and posterior vaginal wall of the vagina.Methods 20 cases of vaginal wall bulging disease treated in our hospital from November 2015 to August^2017 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results 20 patients enrolled in the study,4 patients had net erosion of vaginal mucosa,including 2 cases of anterior and posterior wall meshes,1 cases of anterior wall prolapse,6 months after operation.Conclusion Repair repair damaged tissue function,and in various ways to support the reconstruction of structure and function,use of perioperative nursing intervention,help patients to surgical treatment of the necessity and advantage of cognition,cooperate actively,to further optimize the clinical treatment and prognosis.
