摘　　要：目的探究早产儿体表血管瘤采用平阳霉素治疗的效果,分析其护理措施。方法选择我院自2014年1月-2017年10月收治的36早产儿体表血管瘤患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患儿均给予平阳霉素治疗,且均给予综合护理,分析治疗效果及护理效果。结果经有效干预后临床有效率为94.44%,护理满意度为91.67%。结论早产儿血管瘤者采用平阳霉素治疗的基础上给予综合护理干预,可将美观效果提高。Objective To explore the efficacy of pingyangmycin in preterm neonatal hemangioma and to analyze its nursing m easures.Methods We selected 36 patients with preeclampsia hemangiomas treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2017.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.All children were treated with pingyangmycin and all were given comprehensive care,Analyze the treatment effect andnursing effect.Results The effective intervention was 94.44%and the nursing satisfaction was 91.67%.Conclusion The treatment with pingyangmycin can improve the aesthetic effect.
