摘  要:目的明确西安市城区优势气传花粉的种类及飘逸规律,为当地变应性鼻炎、变应性哮喘等花粉变应性疾病的防治提供依据。方法采用Durham重量玻片法收集2013-2014年为期2年的花粉粒;光学显微镜下鉴定花粉的种类。结果花粉取样点2年来共收集花粉27464粒,能鉴别至科的有4个、属有22个、种有1个,含量占花粉总量5%以上的有6种,即杨属、松属、悬铃木属、葎草属、藜草属、蒿草属;西安市城区全年均有花粉飘逸,形成了3-5月和8-9月2个花粉飘逸高峰;植被调查发现西安市城区以杨树、法桐、松树、柳树、柏树等木本植物为主,城郊以蒿草、葎草、藜草、禾本科等草本植物为主。结论本地区花粉飘逸规律与植被分布相一致,本研究将为本地区花粉症的防治和绿化种类的选择提供可靠依据。Objective To provide evidence for treatment of local pollen allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis,allergic asthma,by defining species,amounts,dispersal variation of airborne pollen in Xi’an city.Methods Daily airborne pollen monitoring was performed by Durham gravitational method from January 1st 2013 to December 31st 2014,and the species of pollen were identified by optical microscopic.Results A total of 27464 grains of pollen were collected in two years,which belonged to 4 families,22 genera and 1 species.There were 6 predominant species,including populus,pinaceae,platanus,humulus,chenopodium and artemisia,each of which accounted for more than 5%of the total amount.The peak of airborne pollen grains appeared from March to May and from August to September in Xi’an.The main vegetation coverage was poplar,platanus,pine,willow and cypress in urban districts,and was wormwood,humulus scandens,quinoa,and gramineous grass in suburb.Conclusion Dispersal variation of airborne pollens is consistent with the vegetation distribution,and this study will provide the reliable evidence for the prevention of pollen disease and selection of vegetation species.
