体液免疫变化对哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨体液免疫变化对哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征肺功能的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2016年12月本院收治的哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征患者40例为观察组,同时选择同期正常体检者40例为正常组,对所有入组者其体液免疫功能进行检查,同时测定其肺功能,重点了解第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1%)变化,并计算s Ig A水平与FEV1相关性及Ig M与FEV1相关性。结果观察组Ig M、Ig G、Ig A及s Ig A水平均明显低于正常组(P<0.05),观察组FEV1小于正常组(P<0.05),FEV1/FVC水平低于正常组(P<0.05),哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征机体s Ig A水平及Ig M与FEV1值呈正相关(r=0.8611和0.8421,P=0.000<0.05)。结论哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病综合征患者,其机体免疫力降低,肺功能变差,且机体免疫能力与肺功能变化之间存在正相关性。Objective To investigate the effect of humoral immune changes on lung function in patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated syndrome.Methods 40 patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016,and 40 patients with normal physical examination were selected as the normal group.The correlation between the level of sIgA and FEV 1 and the relationship between IgM and FEV 1 were calculated.The changes of FEV 1%were performed.Results The levels of IgM,IgG,IgA and sIgA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05).The FEV 1/FVC level in the observation group was lower than that in the normal group.sIgA and IgM were positively correlated with FEV 1(r=0.8611 and 0.8421,P<0.05).Conclusion Their body immunity decreases and lung function worsens,and the body immunity and lung function changes have positive correlation in patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated syndrome.
