摘  要:以柴油机为原动机的综合电力推进技术是船舶动力装置的主要发展方向之一。为满足船舶运行工况复杂多变,用电负荷急剧变化的情况,需对船用发电机组的突加、突卸、逐级突加等过渡工况进行研究。为达到这一目的,设计了适用于发电机组试验的干式负载系统,采用基于S7-300PLC的控制系统,能根据试验要求定量加、减负载。经试验论证,系统稳定,操作简单,可靠性高,满足船用发电机组试验的要求。One of the main development directions of marine power plant is the integrated electric propulsion technology using diesel engine as prime mover.To meet complex changeable working conditions of the ship as well as sharp variations of electricity load,it is necessary to study transient operational conditions such as abrupt loading,abrupt de-loading and step-by-step loading on marine generator sets.To attain this purpose,a dry-type load system for marine generator set test was designed,which through the S7-300 PLC-based control system can quantitatively increase/reduce the load as required in the test.Experimental results show that the proposed system is stable,simple in operation and highly reliable,and can meet the test requirements on marine generator sets.
