摘 要:介绍了圆盘与圆筒复合式磁流变离合器的工作原理,基于Bingham模型描述了磁流变液剪切应力随外加磁场变化的流变特性,考虑到圆盘旋转过程中磁流变液在离心力的作用下会对圆筒中磁流变液产生挤压强化效应,建立了圆盘与圆筒复合式磁流变离合器的传递转矩方程,分析了磁场强度对传动性能的影响,并通过有限元仿真了圆盘与圆筒复合式磁流变离合器的磁感应强度分布情况。研究结果表明:在考虑离心挤压情况下圆筒式磁流变传动装置的传动性能提升了13.23%,磁流变离合器的传递转矩随外加磁场增大而增大。The working principle of the disc-cylinder composite type magnetorheological fluid clutch is introduced,Based on the Bingham model,the rheological properties of magnetorheological fluid that shear stress increases with applied magnetic field changes was described,taking into account the magnetorheological fluid in the process of the rotation of the disk under the action of centrifugal force will produce extrusion strengthening effect on the cylinder magnetorheological fluid clutch,the transmission torque equation of disc-cylinder composite magnetorheological fluid clutch was established,and the influence of magnetic field intensity on the transmission performance was analyzed.The distribution of magnetic induction intensity of the disk and cylinder composite magneto rheological clutch is simulated by finite element method.The results indicate that the transmission performance of the cylinder type magnetorheological transmission device is increased by 13.23%under the condition of centrifugal extrusion mode,and the transmission torque of the magnetorheological fluid clutch increases with the increase of the magnetic field.
