摘  要:针对目前国内旱地移栽机存在栽植机构复杂和栽植效率低的问题,设计了一种新型错列链夹式移栽机栽植机构,通过建立一个周期内栽植器的动力学模型,得出各阶段栽植器的位移与速度方程,并利用Solidworks建立栽植机构的三维模型,之后将三维模型导入ADAMS中,将栽植器的运动方程与ADAMS的运动轨迹作对比,满足栽植器各个阶段的运动方程,其次通过搭建小型实验台试验得到主动轮的转速在34~38r/min时栽植效果最好,栽植合格率为95.7%,主动轮转速、株距的实验结果与仿真结果相对应,且满足链夹式移栽机的株距、深度要求,与传统栽植机构相比这种栽植机构不仅结构简单,制造成本低,还能有效的实现零速投苗,安装错列链夹式栽植机构的移栽机,不仅栽植稳定,而且提高了栽植效率。Aiming at the complicated transplanting mechanism and low efficiency of the dry land transplanting machine in china,it designed a new type planting mechanism-staggered chain clip pepper transplanting machine.By establishing the dynamic model of the transplant in a time,the displacement and the velocity equation of the nozzle are obtained.Then using the Solidworks to establish three-dimensional model,then the model was imported into ADAMS.By comparing the motion trajectory equation and ADAMS transplanter,satisfied the planter equation of motion of each phase.By building a small bench test when driving wheel speed in the(34~38)r/min the planting had the best effect obtained,planting qualified rate is 95.7%,the speed of the driving gear,the experimental results of spacing of the simulation results and the experimental result are corresponded,and meet the chain clip type transplanting machine spacing,depth.Compared with the traditional transplanting machine,this planting mechanism not only has the advantages of simple structure,low manufacturing cost,but also can realize zero speed seedling effectively.The transplanting machine with the staggered chain clip type planting mechanism is installed,which is not only stable,but also improves the efficiency of planting.
