摘  要:针对一种利用旋转产生的离心力冲击碰撞片粉碎装置,运用EDEM离散元素法,对物料在圆盘旋转冲击粉碎机转子加速下通过出料管撞击碰撞片冲击粉碎过程进行仿真,分析了转子转速和碰撞距离两个主要参数对破碎效果的影响,并设计正交通过对比物料的粉碎程度,对圆盘旋转冲击粉碎机转子进行初步选型设计,经过分析表明:转子转速对黏结键的破坏随着转速的增加逐渐增大;碰撞距离越短物料脱离出口处的速度越快能量越大,对物料的破碎效果越明显;旋转速度在600r/m,出料管端口距碰撞片15mm时粉碎机效果最好,为破碎机提高破碎效果提出参考依据。in view of impact crushing device with the centrifugal force produced by rotation,the process of the speed by discharging pipe impact collision impact crushing is simulated,and the effects of the two main parameters(rotor speed and collision distance)on crushing effect were analyzed.The broken and orthogonal orthogonal were designed by comparing the material crushing degree,and the preliminary selection of disc rotating impact crusher rotor were done.The analysis shows that the destruction of rotor speed to cohere gradually increases with the increase of rotational speed;the shorter the collision distance is,the faster of material from the exit of energy is,the greater the effect on the material of the broken is;the impact crusher works is best with the rotation speed at 600r/m,pipe port of discharge 15m m,which puts forward the reference basis for crusher to improve blasting results.
