摘 要:龙门加工中心移动横梁承受滑座、滑枕等零部件的重量及自身重力的情况下产生弯曲变形,为降低横梁受力变形量和提高横梁静动态特性,采用两种方法对横梁进行优化设计。设计了8种横梁筋板结构及对横梁上导轨面悬臂支撑结构进行了优化设计,运用有限元分析软件对横梁进行了静力学与模态特性分析,得到横梁结构总形变位移量和前六阶振型频率。结果表明,因横梁自重引起的变形占总变形的45.1%;"井"型结构设计最优,其总形变位移量降低了8.98%,质量减轻了329kg,一阶固有频率提高了2.40%,具有良好的静动态特性;筋板结构设计的作用主要体现在减轻横梁质量上,上导轨悬臂支撑结构倾斜设计的作用主要体现在减小横梁弯曲变形上,两种方法的结合使用可有效提高横梁性能。The moving crossbeam of gantry machining center is subjected to the weight of the components of the slide rail,the slide pillow,and the weight of self gravity,which cause the deformation of beam.In order to reduce the deformation of the beam and improve the static and dynamic characteristics,two methods were carried out on the optimization design of the beam.Finite element analysis software is used to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of eight kinds of ribbed plate beam and optimization design of beam’s rail cantilever supporting structure,finally getting the total deformation and six model frequencies of eight kinds of beam.The results show that the deformation caused by the self weight of beam accounted for 45.1%of the total deformation;“JING”type structure is the best design with good static and dynamic characteristics,and the total deformation decreased by 8.98%,the weight reduced by 329kg,first-order natural frequency increased by 2.40%.The structure design of the ribbed plate is mainly to reduce the weight of beam.The function of the rail cantilever supporting structure mainly to reduce the deformation of beam,combination of the two methods can effectively improve the beam performance.
