摘  要:针对现阶段农用打桩机领域依然相对空白的现象,基于农业大棚的工作要求和现实情况,设计了一种全自动便携式打桩机。通过对不同情况的木桩的受力分析,表明倾斜木桩的固定工作更加稳定可靠,故设计的打桩机采用60°倾斜打桩。并且通过曲柄连杆机构的设计,实现打桩机的双排打桩工作,提高了打桩的效率;通过在撞击杆上安装气缸,并利用气动系统来控制打桩速度,实现了打桩机的连续打桩,提高了打桩质量和稳定性。该农用打桩机的结构紧凑、原理简单、操作方便,便于在大棚之间移动工作,减轻了农民的工作负担。In view of the phenomenon that the field of agricultural piling machine is still relatively blank at present,a fully automatic and portable pile driver is designed based on the work requirements of agricultural greenhouse and the reality.It is indicated that the fixation of inclined piles is more stable and reliable by the stress analysis of different piles,so the method of inclined piling in 60 degree is used in this design.And the double row piling is realized through the design of crank connecting rod mechanism,improving the driving efficiency.The continuous piling of the piling machine is realized and the quality as well as the stability of the pile are improved by installing a cylinder on the impact rod and using the pneumatic system to control the driving speed.This agricultural piling machine has the advantages of compact structure,simple principle and convenient operation.It is very easy to move between the greenhouse and the burden on farmers can be reduced consequently.
