摘 要:传动系的阻力直接影响整车的燃油经济性,而变速箱作为传动系中重要的零部件,为了降低某车型传动系阻力有必要对变速箱进行重点研究。首先分析了轴承密封圈、滚子型式、轴承游隙以及轴承精度和轴承位精度对变速箱效率的影响,然后严格控制变量,采用控制变量法利用四驱五电机台架测试了不同影响因素对变速箱效率的增量。结果表明,密封圈、滚子形式及径向游隙对变速箱综合效率的提升增量均在0.34%左右,而通过提高轴承精度和轴承位精度各一个等级,变速箱综合效率提升0.26%;另外,密封圈和滚子形式在低档时对变速箱的效率提升作用不大,而高档位则提升作用明显;而游隙和精度对变速箱效率的提升则相对比较均匀。Due to the resistance of MPV's transmission system directly affect vehicle fuel economy and manual transmission is a key part of transmission system,research had been done to reduce the resistance of transmission system.Theoretical analysis about the influences of seals,roller type,bearing clearance and bearings precision and bearing seat precision to the manual transmission efficiency had been done.Then,experimental of each variables had been done on four-wheel drive motor bench to know the increments of transmission efficiency of them.Results show that seals,rollers and bearing clearance to enhance the overall efficiency of the transmission increments equivalent were about 0.34%,and by improving the bearings precision and bearing seat precision to one grade to enhance the overall efficiency of the transmission 0.26%.In addition,seals and roller type have little effect on efficiency at low gear and have big influences at high gear.Bearing clearance and precision have lasting effect of the transmission efficiencies on every gear.
