摘 要:轮边行星减速器因其结构简单且紧凑、大传动比、强承载能力而被广泛应用于重型电动轮车辆中,而温度场变化对系统齿轮使用寿命及安全产生重要影响。根据轮边减速器结构特点和工作原理,基于热传递原理对各单元之间传热关系进行分析并搭建相互之间热流传递网络模型,获得热平衡方程,运用Simulink建立温度场分析模型,分析齿轮宽度、润滑油液高度、传递功率及输入转矩对各节点温度影响,获得因素变化对温度场影响规律。结果可知:温度变化与齿轮宽度、传递功率及转速呈线性关系且呈正相关,而与润滑油高度非线性关系;随着输入功率增大,转速提高,各点温度也随之升高;太阳轮与花键连接处、太阳轮与行星轮啮合处对油液高度最敏感,也最容易出现过热;为实际设计研究提供参考。Vehicle wheel hub reducer is widely used in Heavy electric wheel truck,which has compact structure,large transmission ratio,and high bearing capacity,however,temperature field change has an important influence on the service life and safety of the gear transmission system.According to the structure and working principle of the wheel hub reducer,the heat transfer relationship between each unit was analyzed based on the heat transfer principle,and the heat transfer network model was established.The heat balance equation was built and the mathematical model of temperature field analysis was built based on Simulink.The effect of the gear width,the lubricating oil height,the transmitted power and the input torque on the temperature of each node were analyzed.The relationship between the points’temperature and the influence factors were analyzed.The results show that the relationship is linearity between the temperature and the width of the gear,the power and the speed,and the relationship with the height of the lubricating oil is non-linear;the sun wheel and the spline connection,the sun wheel and planetary gear mesh is the most sensitive,and most prone to overheating.There is a linear relationship between the temperature and the input power and rotational speed.With the increase of the input power and rotational speed,the temperature of the points increases.
