摘 要:为了提高传统磨削加工的加工效率及智能化程度,主动测量技术现已广泛应用于半自动磨床、自动磨床以及数控磨床等磨床上。磨削加工是一项精密加工工序,加工中诸多因素会对加工精度产生影响。通过构建多元线性回归模型以及相关性分析,研究了工件输入尺寸、系统误差(如工艺系统热变形)对磨削精度的影响。基于对比分析法研究了进给速度对磨削精度和产品表面质量的影响。实验结果对比分析表明,主动量仪控制下的磨加工有效地抑制了误差因素对磨削精度的影响,大大提高了产品的质量和一致性。同时,该分析与研究对磨加工主动量仪的功能优化也起到了积极作用。In order to improve the machining efficiency and intelligent degree of the traditional grinding process,active measurement technology has widely used in semi-automatic grinding machine,automatic grinding machine and CNC grinding machine.The grinding process is a precision machining process,and many factors affect the machining precision.By using multiple linear regression model and correlation analysis,the influence of the input dimension and the system error of the workpiece(e.g.thermal distortion in process system)on the grinding precision is studied.Effect of feed rate on grinding precision and surface quality of products was studied based on the comparative analysis method.Through analysis and research,it is found that the grinding process under the active measurement instrument can restrain the influence of the error factors on the grinding precision effectively,and greatly improve the quality and consistency of the products.At the same time,the analysis and Research also played a great role on the optimization of the active control system.
