摘　　要：心血管疾病正严重地危害着人类的健康。一些物质可影响血管平滑肌细胞的增殖、迁移、凋亡、自噬等,与动脉粥样硬化密切相关,直接关系着心血管疾病的发生与发展。为了解物质对血管平滑肌细胞的作用及机制,进一步研究心血管疾病的防治,该文就金属与非金属物质、环境化学物质、心血管活性物质等有关物质对血管平滑肌细胞的毒性作用及其机制进行了简要综述。Cardiovascular disease is seriously endangering the health of human beings.Some substances play important roles in the proliferation,migration,apoptosis and autophagy of vascular smooth muscle cells,which are closely associated with atherosclerosis and directly related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.In order to understand the effect and mechanism of substance on vascular smooth muscle cells,the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease is further studied.From the perspective of toxicology,this article reviews the toxicology effect and mechanisms on the vascular smooth muscle cells by metal,nonmetal,environmental chemical substances,cardiovascular active substances and so on.
