摘　　要：目的建立咽炎片的超高效液相色谱(UHPLC)特征图谱。方法色谱柱为Dikma Endeavorsil C18柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),柱温为30℃,流速为0.2 m L/min,流动相为甲醇-水,梯度洗脱,检测波长为278 nm。结果建立了以(R,S)-告依春、哈巴俄苷为参照峰的咽炎片特征图谱,并指认了(R,S)-告依春、芍药苷和哈巴俄苷3个特征峰。结论建立的特征图谱可更好地控制咽炎片的质量。O bjective To establish the UHPLC specific chromatogram of Yanyan Tablets.M ethods Dikma Endeavorsil C18 column(100 mm x 2.1 mm,1.8μm)was adopted,the column temperature was 30℃,the flow rate was 0.2 mL/m in,the mobile phase was methanol-water with gradient elution,and the detection w avelengh was 278 nm.R esults The specific chromatogram of Yanyan Tablets was established with(R,S)-epigoitrin and harpagoside as the reference peaks.Three characteristic peaks in the were identified as(R,S)-epigoitrin,paeoniflorin and harpagoside.Conclusion The specific chromatogram established by this method can better control the quality of Yanyan Tablets.
