医院2014年至2016年抗抑郁药应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医院抗抑郁药临床应用情况,为临床合理、经济用药提供参考。方法采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的限定日剂量分析法,对医院2014年至2016年抗抑郁药使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)和排序比(DUI)进行统计和分析。结果 3年来,医院抗抑郁药的销售金额和DDDs逐年增加,平均年增长率分别为16.11%和17.32%;选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)、5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂(SNRI)使用较多;抗抑郁药销售金额排序排名前3的是艾司西酞普兰、文拉法辛、舍曲林,DDDs排序稳居前3是舍曲林、帕罗西汀、艾司西酞普兰;DDC较高的有度洛西汀、文拉法辛和艾司西酞普兰;各种药物的DUI趋于1。结论医院抗抑郁药应用逐年增长,SSRI占主导地位,符合我国目前抗抑郁药的发展趋势。Objective To investigate the application of antidepressant drugs in our hospital and provide reference for clinical and econom ic medication.M ethods The defined daily dose(DDD)analytic method recommended by WHO was adopted to perform the statistical analysis on the consumption sum of antidepressant drugs,frequency of drug use(DDD s),defined daily drug cost(DDC),and the drug utilization index(DUI)in our hospital from 2014 to 2016.R esults The consumption sum and DDDs of antidepressant drugs in our hospital were increased year by year in the 3 years,and the average annual growth rates were 16.11%and 17.3 2%,respectively.Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor(SSR I),selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor(SNRI)had high frequency of application.The top 3 in the list of the consumption sum of antidepressant drugs were 3 in the list of DDDs were sertraline,paroxetine and escitalopram.Duloxetine,venlafaxine and escitalopram dominated the top 3 places in DDC,and the DUI of all antidepressant drugs was close to 1.Conclusion The application of antidepressant drugs in our hospital increased year by year,with SSRI showing dominant position,which is in line with current development trend of antidepressant drugs in China.
