摘　　要：科技创新支持体系是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,对科技创新的主体活动起支撑和保障作用。文章主要从科技项目管理、科技研发平台、科技人才队伍和科技投入机制等4个方面系统分析了广东交通运输行业科技创新支持体系的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上,分别提出了创新项目管理与服务体系、培育高水平科技研发平台、支持科技领军人才和创新团队建设、建立多元化、结构合理的财政科技投入机制等对策。The support system of scientific and technological innovation is an important part of the national innovation system,which supports and guarantees the main activities of scientific and technological innovation.This articlesystematically analyzes thecurrent situation and the problems of the science and technology innovation supporting system for Guangdong transportation industryin terms ofthe science and technology project management,technology research and development platform,scientific and technical personnel and technology investment mechanism.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,including innovating the project management and service system,cultivating high level science and technology research and development platform,supporting science and technology in the talent and innovation team construction,establishing the diversified,reasonable mechanism of the financial investment in science and technology.
