摘　　要：社会经济改革的深化、市场竞争的激烈和高校扩招使大学生的就业压力剧增,大学生就业出现就业结构矛盾突出,高校人才供给与社会需求脱节,就业压力长期存在的现象。而90后大学生在受多重因素的影响下,思想状态呈现出新特点,思想和心态更趋开放和成熟,法律意识和创业意识增强。文中旨在分析当前就业形势对90后大学生思想状态的影响,从而加强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和有效性。The deepening of the social and economic reform,the fierce market competition and the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities have greatly increased the employment pressure of College Students.As the structuralcontradiction is prominentfor college student employment,the supply of talents of college is not line with the social demand,the employment pressure has a long existence.Under the influence of multiple factors,the post-90s college students'mentality presents new characteristics of being more open and mature,and stronger legal consciousness and entrepreneurial consciousness.This paper is to analyze the influence of the current employment situation on the ideological state of the post-90s college students,so as to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students.
