摘 要:玉米愈伤组织的正常器官分化对建立玉米的再生体系具有决定性意义,而多胺对再生植株的器官发生具有重要的影响。为探讨外源多胺对玉米愈伤组织再生植株的影响,本试验用不同浓度的外源多胺对玉米自交系齐319正在分化的愈伤组织进行处理,检测再生幼苗的长势指标。结果表明,外源多胺可在一定程度上促进玉米幼苗的再生,增加株高、叶长、叶宽、鲜重,并提高其根系活力。其中,亚精胺浓度为0.5 mmol/L时促进作用最显著,但过高的浓度会产生抑制作用。由此说明,适当浓度的外源多胺对玉米再生植株的生长发育具有显著的促进作用。Normal organ differentiation is vital for the establishment of maize regeneration system and exogenous polyamine is important for calli regenerated plants of maize.In order to explore the effect of exogenous polyamine on the regenerated plant of maize calli,calli of maize inbred line Qi 319 was treated by different concentration polyamines,and the growth potential index of regenerated plants were assessed.The results showed that the exogenous polyamine could promote the regeneration of the seedlings,improve the plant height,leave length and width and fresh weight,and enhanced the root activity.Among them,the promotion role of 0.5 mmol/L spermidine was most significant,while high concentration of polyamine could inhibit this role.These results suggested exogenous polyamine at suitable concentration could promote the growth and development of the maize regenerated plants.
