摘  要:轧制钢板的防腐越来越受到人们的重视,在钢板表面涂搪是防腐的重要措施之一,其中钢板与瓷釉之间的密着对搪瓷制品性能的提高尤为重要。分析国内外搪瓷制品密着性能的研究现状,论述搪瓷生产工艺和钢板与瓷釉之间的密着机理,重点综述钢板与瓷釉之间密着性能的影响因素,指出搪瓷用钢的成分、瓷釉的质量以及搪瓷工艺是改善搪瓷制品密着性能的关键。本研究可为进一步提高搪瓷制品的质量提供理论指导。Researchers pay more and more attention to the corrosion resistance of rolled steel plate.Enamelling on steel sheet surface is one of the important measures for corrosion protection,and the intimate adherence between enamel and steel sheet is essential for enamel products.The research status of enamel products adhesion performance at home and abroad were analyzed,and the processing technology of enamel products and adhesion mechanisms between enamel and steel sheet were reviewed,and the influencing factors of adhesion performance between enamel and steel sheet were mainly introduced.Some key issues to improve adhesion include chemical composition of steel for enamelling,enamel quality and enamel process were pointed out,which provides theoretical guidance for further improvement of the qualities of enamel products.
