摘 要:目前大白菜收获作业主要依靠大量人工进行,存在劳动强度大、工作效率低、收获成本高等问题。研制一种新型背负式大白菜收获机,阐述该机具的整体结构及主要工作部件设计方案,并通过田间试验测试其性能。该机具可实现快速切根、捡拾、摆放、装车运输等多项作业,提高了我国大白菜收获的机械化水平。At present cabbage harvesting relies mainly on a large number of manual harvesting,therefore there are problems such as heavy workload,low efficiency and high cost of harvest.A new type of knapsack cabbage harvester has been developed,the overall structure and designing scheme of main working parts was expounded,and the performance of the machine was tested by field tests.The equipment could realize a number of work such as quick cutting root,picking up,placing and truck loading and transporting,which improved the mechanization level of cabbage harvesting.
