摘  要:采用炭黑N660、N110复配制备炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)等表征方法对不同互配比的炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料的微观结构及性能进行表征。研究了不同互配比的炭黑对天然橡胶复合材料的动态力学性能及耐切割性能的影响。研究结果表明,恰当的双尺度炭黑复配可降低炭黑粒子之间的相互作用,从而明显改善炭黑在橡胶复合材料中的实际分布粒径,提高炭黑的分散性。橡胶复合材料的动态损耗可能是橡胶分子链之间的摩擦损耗、橡胶和炭黑的界面摩擦损耗、炭黑粒子之间的摩擦损耗共同作用的结果。当炭黑N110和N660互配比为40:10时,试样良好的实际粒子分散性和较高的结合胶含量使其具有最小的动态损耗因子,同时表现出最好的耐切割性能。The effect of the synergism of carbon black N110 and N660 on properties of natural rubber(NR)/carbon black(CB)composites were investigated in this work.The micro-structure and properties of CB/NR composites,which had different carbon black particles ratios,were characterized by using the scanning electronic microscopy(SEM)and rubber process analyzer(RPA).The dynamic mechanical analysis and cutting resistance property of CB/NR composites,which were made by different carbon black particles ratios,were studied too.The results show that when the synergism of double-scale CB particles has a suitable ratio,the interaction between CB particles can be decreased,thus,both the actual distribution size and the dispersion of CB particles in the rubber composites matrix have significantly improved.The dynamic loss of the rubber composites may be caused by the friction loss between the rubber molecular chains,the interfacial friction loss of the rubber and carbon black,and the friction loss between the carbon black particles.carbon black particles have better dispersibility and higher content of binding gel lead to the smallest dynamic loss factor(tanδ).At the same time,when the proportion of N110 and N660 is 40∶10,rubber composites the exhibit the best cutting resistance properties.
