摘  要:为了解决目前模块化多电平换流器动模装置所有子模块均由一个阀级控制器控制从而导致的控制系统复杂、系统成本升高等问题。提出了一种在阀级控制器和子模块级控制器间加入节点控制器的方案并在此方案上研制了动模装置。节点控制器的加入降低了主机控制器的硬件要求和光纤通道的使用数量,大大降低了装置成本。同时,主机控制器与节点控制器之间的通讯采用循环冗余校验算法,增加了大容量数据高速传输的实时性和可靠性。通过对动模装置进行稳态实验和功率阶跃实验,结果表明系统能够正确快速地进行有功类物理量和无功类物理量的追踪控制以及子模块电容电压的稳定。In order to solve the current modular multi-level converter dynamic mode device all sub-modules are controlled by only a valve-level controller,resulting in complex control systems,system costs and other issues.A scheme is proposed to add a node controller between a valve-level controller and a sub-module controller.A dynamic mode device is developed in this scheme.The addition of the node controller reduces the hardware requirements of the host controller and the number of fiber channel usage,greatly reducing the cost of the device.At the same time,the communication between the host controller and the node controller adopts the cyclic redundancy check algorithm,which increases the real-time and reliability of high-speed transmission of large-capacity data.The steady-state experiment and the power step experiment of the dynamic mode device show that the system can track the control of the physical quantity and the reactive power of the active class and the stability of the sub-module capacitor voltage correctly and quickly.
