摘 要:研究了二价铁活化过硫酸钠法去除水中四环素(TC)的影响因素与机理,为四环素类废水的治理提供了新方法。研究结果表明,水中TC降解率随Na_2S_2O_8浓度的增大而增大;随TC浓度的增加而减小;随Fe^(2+)浓度升高,TC降解率先增大再减小,说明过高浓度的Fe^(2+)对反应产生抑制作用。在初始条件TC浓度为10μmol/L,Na_2S_2O_8浓度50μmol/L,Fe^(2+)浓度50μmol/L,pH为3.4时,TC降解率可以达到92%。利用分子探针法证明了体系中产生的自由基为SO_4^-·和·OH,其中SO_4^-·为主要作用自由基。The influence factors and mechanisms of tetracycline(TC)degradation were investigated in aqueous solution by Fe 2+activated persulfate and provided a new method for the treatment of tetracycline wastewater.The results showed that the removal efficiency of TC was significantly increased with the increasing of Na 2S 2O 8 dosage,but decreased with the increasing of the initial TC concentration.For the effect of Fe 2+,the degradation of TC increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of the concentration,which indicated that high concentration of Fe 2+inhibited the reaction.TC degradation rate reached 92%when the initial concentration of TC was 10μmol,the concentration of Na 2S 2O 8 was 50μmol,the concentration of Fe 2+was 50μmol and pH was 3.4.The molecular probe test showed that SO-4·and·OH were produced in the reaction and SO-4·had a more important effect than that of·OH.
