摘  要:随着我国教育特别是高等教育的发展,在内地高校中,少数民族的学生数量呈现逐年递增的趋势,虽然在很大程度上推动了民族地区文化的快速发展,但也对高校少数民族学生教育管理的工作提出了新的要求。如何在高校学生中间做好少数民族学生的教育管理工作,使教育管理的有效性及合理性得到强化,使少数民族的学生更加健康的成长,促进民族团结等一系列问题,非常值得高校教育工作者深思。针对少数民族学生群体特有的宗教信仰、教育基础和实践能力等特点,高校应积极采用严格管理和关爱并重的管理方针,通过一系列切实可行的工作措施促进其成长成才。With the development of education in China,especially the higher education,the number of ethnic minority students in mainland universities is increasing year by year,which is promoting the people.The cultural exchange and development of ethnic minority areas have also brought new demands on the management of education.How do minority students education among college students management work,strengthen the education management is scientific,effectiveness,and promote the minority students health into long and success,to promote national unity and a series of problems worth education workers in colleges and universities deeply.For minority students group unique characteristics such as religious belief,education foundation and practical ability,colleges and universities should actively adopt pay equal attention to the management policy,strict management and caring work through a series of practical and feasible measures to promote its growth.
