摘  要:由于现有的大多数冷水机组性能评价系统测试范围较窄,增加了很多不必要的能耗,影响了评价系统的稳定性,本文提出了双泵并联技术,采用两台相同水泵变频工作,使得评价系统在较宽的测试范围内,水泵都能够以较高的效率来实现所需的流量,保证了评价系统的稳定性。为冷水机组的研究开发提供了一个设计合理、测试准确、稳定、可靠、节能的测试平台。Due to the narrow range of most chiller performance evaluation system,the energy consumption has unnecessarily increased and the stability of evaluation system has been negatively influenced.The paper illustrates that the two parallel pumps with frequ-ency conversion technology is based on the principle of changing frequency in two pumps,which ensures the high-efficiency output of flow quantity even within comparatively broad testing range,so that the system stability will be guaranteed.The paper aims at providing a stable and reliable evaluation platform of rational design and precise testing.
